Add the Football Field

Add this Football Field Stock Image in a new PSD file.

Add a Levels adjustment layer.

Add the Galaxy Stock Image

In a new layer add this Galaxy Stock Image like shown in the preview.

Add a layer mask to the Galaxy layer. Use the Gradient Tool and add a linear gradient inside the layer mask to hide the lower part of the image. For the gradient use a simple black and white linear gradient.

Add the Football Ball

Add the Soccer football ball in a new layer.

Add these layer styles to the Football Ball layer.

Add the Fire Ring Stock Image

Add this Fire Ring Stock Image in a new layer and set the blend mode to Screen.

Add the Fire PNG Image

Add this Fire Png Image in a new layer and set the blend mode to Screen.

Glowing Neon Text Effect in Photoshop

Add three Text layer using the font League Spartan which is a free font type. Learn how to Install New Font in Photoshop from this quick tutorial for beginners.

Create a glowing neon text effect using this layer style: Drop Shadow(color #ff0000), Outer Glow (color #ff6000), Inner Glow (color #ff6c00) and Color Overlay (color #ffffd4).

Create a Fire Text Effect in Photoshop

To make the text effect more interesting and cool, let's add some fire effects. Use one of these images Seamless Realistic Fire Flames or Seamless Fire Flames PNG and set the blend mode to Screen.

Create a new layer and add this Fire Rain Texture Overlay with Screen blend mode. Add a Levels adjustment just for this layer. Add as many layer as you want.

Use the Eraser Tool with a soft round brush, to delete the edges and to create a smoth transition.

Add the flag of Russia, the host of the 2018 World Cup. Place the flag in the right top corner.

Add the Fire Rain Texture Overlay and place it over the other layers. Increase the size to 300% and add a soft blur.

Add images with your favorite players. I will add images with Messi and Ronaldo, two of my favorite football players. Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo said goodbye to the World Cup 2018. They were both eliminated on the same night.

Add a Black and White adjustment layer.

Use the Brush Tool and a soft round brush to paint inside the layer mask of the Black and White adjustment layer. Use color #000000 and different opacity levels to reveal the colored image below, like shown in the preview.

Also add a Levels adjustment to add more contrast to the image.
