Create a chocolate bar in Photoshop using your logo.
Create a new PSD file 184x160px. Create a new layer called Shape 1. Fill the layer with color #8f8f8f and duplicate it. Call the copy layer Shape 2.
Add a Bevel and Emboss layer style to the Shape 1.
Add an Inner Glow layer style to the Shape 1.
Press CTRL + T to resize the Shape 2 layer.
Add a Bevel and Emboss layer style to the Shape 2.
Add an Inner Glow layer style to the Shape 2.
Add an Inner Shadow layer style to the Shape 2.
Add a Color Overlay layer style to the Shape 2.
Now you have a simple chocolate tablet that you can play with, by adding text, shapes, etc.
Engraved Chocolate Effect in Photoshop
Next we will add a text inside the chocolate tablet. I will add an engraved chocolate effect but you can also add an embossed chocolate effect.
Create a new layer and write a text using a font that you like. I have used Obelix Pro font type; if you don't have it you can easily download it and install font in Photoshop
To create the engraved chocolate effect I will add this layer style to the text layer.
Define Pattern in Photoshop
I will use this image to create a pattern. You might want to save this PSD file if you want to modify the text, shape, etc. Go to Edit > Define Pattern and choose a name for your pattern, like "chocolate-tablet".
Create a new PSD file 184x160px. Go to Image > Image Size and make these settings. I increased the canvas size with 300 percent on horizontal scale and with 200 percent on vertical scale. You can choose any other sizes but it has to be multiple of 100.
Go to Layer > New Fill Layer and choose Pattern. Choose the pattern that we created, set the scale to 50% and click on the Snap to Origin button.
Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer and choose Gradient Map. The colors for the gradient to create the milk chocolate effect are #35190e and #b77235
Aluminium Foil Wrap in Photoshop
In a new layer add this aluminium foil seamless texture and use the Polygonal Lasso Tool or the Lasso Tool to make a rough selection in the center area. Delete the selection. Add a Drop Shadow effect and you have a aluminium foil wrap for your chocolate.
