I was searching the other day for a way how to emboss in Photoshop for create an embossed style in one of my projects. And I found this amazing set of 80 emboss Photoshop styles that are above all free to use for any project. This set of free styles it is for sure a must have for every designer. And if you need a letterpress style you can find another set with another 80 press style effects.

You can use these styles with any font, custom shape, rasterized shapes and so on. You might have to make small adjustments and scale the layer styles according to you object size. The effect works great on every background color or even on a textured background.
